Brett Groper joined Bialow Real Estate in early 2018 as an urban specialist with a focus on downtown Boston and other high street retail destinations around the country. Brett provides extensive knowledge of Boston’s best restaurants and retailers as well as an advanced understanding of the national industry landscape. 

Brett brings with him a keen focus in leasing retail and restaurant space in mixed-use developments and high-rise Class A office buildings throughout Boston. His expansive knowledge of market trends, fundamentals, and retail drivers enables him to develop and implement strategies to assist his clients in securing prominent real estate. 

As a specialist in urban retail and restaurant leasing, Brett has worked collaboratively with many of the nation’s most high-profile landlords including Hines, The Fallon Company, Related Beal, Bentall Kennedy, Capital Properties, Invesco and Meritage Properties. Through both his professional and personal relationships, Brett brings an extensive client portfolio, including Amorino, Juice Press, Founding Farmers, Blue Martini and restaurateur Seth Greenberg. 

Prior to joining Bialow Real Estate, Brett worked in Boston for CBRE/New England where he focused on urban retail and restaurant leasing for some of the nation’s top institutional landlords and tenants.
