Additionally, he was responsible for sourcing McCaffrey’s 1 West Grand acquisition and leasing the Chicago building to F1 Arcade. He represented tenants locally and nationally including Lovesac, H&H Bagels and Sushi Taku. Ross also brokered the sale of numerous assets including the 112,000 SF office building at 231 South State Street in Chicago’s Loop.
Prior to McCaffery, Ross was a leasing agent at Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), now Newmark Knight Frank, representing both landlords and tenants, including Citibank, Nic’s Organic Fast Food, GW Properties, Greenstone Partners, Ascot Properties NYC, Optima Inc., and John Hancock Real Estate.
